Weir
and Harrod has developed a nozzle that dramatically reduces the splashing
of products
that have been gravity filled.
A
problem with gravity filling is that when the bottle is filled and just
before the nozzle is released from the bottle, a small amount of air
remains in the bottle and causes ballooning. Once the nozzle is released
from the bottle, the remaining air rushes out and causes splashing of
the product.
Our
new nozzle dramatically reduces this purely in it's design. It can be
used on Rotary and In-line applications.
